Information and instructions to concurrent companies
The site owner must inform about site risks and give instructions before a contractor enters (arts. 7 and 8 of Spanish RD 171/2004). Visitors delivers it, checks it with a quiz and keeps the evidence.

Common questions about Bia360 Visitors
What is Bia360 Visitors?
It is Bia360's access-control system for work sites: it registers visitors, contractors and carriers, delivers the site safety information, checks understanding with a quiz and shows in real time who is on site.
Do I need to be a Bia360 CAE customer to use Visitors?
No. Visitors works on its own for any site that wants to control access. If you also use Bia360 for contractor compliance, the integration adds the documentation check at the point of access.
Which devices does it work on?
It is a web application: visitors can pre-register from their phone and on-site registration runs on a tablet, a reception computer or any device with a browser. Nothing to install.
What if the visitor does not speak Spanish?
Visitors choose their language when they start registering and receive the safety information and the quiz in that language.
How is contractor site induction managed?
Each visitor profile has assigned content (videos, documents) and a quiz, with a validity period. If a worker returns with valid training they skip it; if it has expired, Visitors requires them to repeat it before signing in.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. Consent texts are configured per site, accepted explicitly on every visit, and data is hosted on servers in the European Union.
